Recruiting Campaign with Augmented Reality
In collaboration with the KraftundAdel agency, we developed an interactive out-of-home campaign. Using augmented reality, city light posters were transformed into interactive crime scenes where users could search for clues in a playful way. We call this 'Recruiting 4.0', and the feedback has been fantastic.

Challenge
Recruitment is currently a major challenge for many companies and institutions. The aim of this project was therefore to generate as much attention as possible and inspire potential applicants to enrol on the dual study programme offered by the Hesse Police.
Solution
In collaboration with the creative team at KraftundAdel, we developed a poster that, when scanned with a smartphone, transforms into an interactive crime scene. To give the target group quick access, we created a WebAR application that opens a virtual crime scene behind the poster, allowing users to search for clues interactively.
The result was significantly higher engagement rates and enthusiastic users.
